The Fall by albert camus
"Perhaps we do not love life enough. Have you observed that only death awakens our feelings?"
The Fall is a quick read, a fictional self-reflection of a man's life and philosophical masterpiece by Albert Camus. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It was weird and quirky but addressing some significant issues such as existentialism, reality and innocence.
This might sound strange so hear me out, but it is the perfect read if you want to escape reality for a moment, while very much remaining a part of it. Highly recommended!
