This book is fascinating and unlike anything else I have read on dream psychology. The book meets halfway between the spiritual side or dream interpretation and science, using real case studies to support the authors' hypothesis.
This book mainly focuses on people who have had dreams that notified them about an illness or death of someone close to them, which may be eerie to some, but quite incredible to others.
I struggled with the flow of the book - there were many quotes throughout, mid-paragraph, which put me off track, and paragraphs that I thought didn't belong. However, the subject matter was so interesting and makes me want to research more into this topic.
A balanced, scientific read for anyone who wants to look into dream interpretation but doesn't know where to start.
